Providing activities with learning for 50 weeks a year.

Parents can select a full twelve months of scheduled programs combining just the right mix of educational, recreational and developmental growth. This program combines our Traditional 36 weeks of school with our innovative Learning on Vacation (LOV) 6–week program and a full 8–weeks over the summer at North Shore Day Camp, or, if more convenient, either our Hampton Country Day Camp in East Hampton, NY or Southampton Country Day Camp (Opening in 2012).

Each of our Day Camps feature our Stepping Stones Program, which is specifically designed to continue the same caring educational environment that our students receive all year. Providing a safe, warm, nurturing and FUN environment with developmentally appropriate activities and facilities, the Stepping Stones Program is specifically designed to meet the individual needs of each young North Shore camper.

On their very own magical and intimate part of the campus, Stepping Stones Village, groups are kept small, and staffing is extensive. Activities are led by trained specialists who have early childhood expertise, and a great enthusiasm for young children. An exciting program of 30 minute activities includes two swim periods, plus “TGIM” (Thank Goodness It's Monday) Monday mornings, designed to welcome our Stepping Stones campers back after their weekend at home. It includes Magic shows, music and lots of fun!
