In our welcoming, friendly school community, we partner with parents to create a smooth transition from home to school. We recognize that each child develops and grows at his or her own pace, needing a different amount of time and attention in order to thrive in an academic environment. At North Shore Day School each child’s needs are addressed on an individual basis.

The first week of school we help your child adjust to the school routine, feel excited about learning and to become more independent. Parents are welcome to visit the school to spend time with their children and to speak with teachers, staff and administrators. At North Shore Day School the entire family becomes part of the learning experience.
